FITNESS IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS

The Army and ROTC assess a Soldier and future Officer’s fitness standards regularly. This is to ensure that our Army is physically ready to fight at any moment. Officers are expected to not only be competent in their roles, but exceed the standards; this includes fitness. Not only is fitness important for career success and longevity in the Army, it is important to maintain medical readiness as well. The Army publishes manuals on fitness and how to properly conduct exercises . Utilize these manuals and anything provided to improve physical fitness and readiness.
